Pursuant to an agreement between the prosecutor and appellants counsel, the trial judge set aside the verdict of guilty of the third degree felony, entered a judgment of guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, see V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 12.44, sentenced appellant to twelve days confinement in the Tarrant County Jail, and gave appellant credit for time served. Appellant gave Notice of Appeal.
